Arcads paid-ad permission is conditional. The terms license the Video for broadcast and marketing, including for payment, and the client is responsible for commercial exploitation. Misleading or deceptive advertising is prohibited, and video-model clips have extra creator restrictions as of 2026-10-18.

Creatify paid-ad rights

Creatify paid-ad permission is conditional. You own original content in Assets you create, and the pricing FAQ says you can use creatives in any channel. The free tier has limited rights, and every use must follow the moderation policy as of 2026-10-18.

Users of the Free Tier have limited rights. Users of paid subscription tiers have rights associated with the subscription tier chosen by the user.
